These terms are a plain agreement between you and SkoobiLabs LLC (“we”) about using SkoobiSlate. By using the app you agree to them.
Your content is yours
Everything you put in SkoobiSlate belongs to you. You give us only the permission needed to store it, sync it between your devices, and, when you use Chat, send the relevant parts to our AI provider to produce a reply. You can export all of it at any time and delete it whenever you like.
What we promise and what we don’t
We work hard to keep SkoobiSlate reliable and your data intact, and we keep backups. We cannot promise it will never be unavailable or that the assistant will never make a mistake; review what it changes. The app is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last twelve months.
Acceptable use
Use SkoobiSlate for your own tasks. Don’t try to break it, overload it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid features
SkoobiSlate is free today. If we add paid features, the price and terms will be shown before you pay, and purchases through the App Store or Google Play are handled under those stores’ terms.
Changes and ending
You can stop using SkoobiSlate and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; if the change matters we will tell you in the app first. Questions: ask@skoobilabs.com.
