Delete your account

Deleting removes your account and every task, goal, list, checklist, chat message and diagnostic record linked to it from our servers. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy (Settings → Export).

From the app

Settings → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Your local copy is removed at once and the server copy within 30 days.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email ask@skoobilabs.com from the address on your account (or your Apple relay address). We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Anonymous accounts

If you never signed in, nothing on our servers identifies you. Deleting the app from your device removes everything.
